We pray,
We pray for the change of season,
The long dark wanes,
Winter's hold unyielding
Dreams of green and growth
Of sun and warmth
Gentle warm rain
First flowers open to the sky
So
We pray
and wait
and hold close
and dream
and whisper in the darkness
We pray
